STAFF WELFARE ASSOCIATION


The staff welfare association of our institution was started in the year 2017 for the welfare of the staff. The committee looks after the welfare of the teaching and non- teaching staff, so that they involve actively in teaching - learning and evaluation process and over all development of the college.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

To render a bond of solidarity among the staff.
To foster healthy relationship and ambiance among the staff.
To provide assistance and aid to the members in professional matters.
To discuss and resolve the grievances of the staff at the first instance.
To felicitate the staff on recipient of special achievements.
To facilitate all round development of the staff for the progress of the college.

MANAGEMENT:
The association is managed by the executive committee comprising of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 members from the non –teaching staff.

MEMBERS:
All the teaching and non- teaching staff are the members of this association. At present there are 28 members consisting of 22 teaching and 6 non-teaching staff.

ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES :
The committee conducts the following activities.
Birthdays of staff are celebrated.
Arranging staff welfare programs and recreations.
Organizing Farewell parties.
Organizing sports for the staff.
Arranging lunch for all the staffs on special occasions.
